Setting up a Printer in 10.1

Hello,
Not sure if this is a bug or just not knowing what I am doing. In GhostBSD 4.0 I was able to setup a network printer without issue. In 10.1 A2 and now B1 I can not setup a printer. I fired up my 4.0 VM and went through the process there and what I noticed is that in 10.1 A2 and B1 it appears the Print Settings is Locked and I can not unlock it. Under 4.0 as soon as you go and do anything in Print Settings it asks for the Root Password and then for the password again when you add a printer. In 10.1 I am never prompted for the Root password.
How do I go about adding a printer in 10.1? BTW I am running GhostBSD 10.1 B1 32-bit.
