Installing on logical partition

Post by raidensub »

Hi. I was trying to install GhostBSD3.1-lxde-i386 on laptop. This laptop has 3 primary partitions and 2 logical. The logical partitions are 17gb each. The problem is that i wanted to install in one of the logical partitions but the installer can only see the 2 partitions as 1 larger partition. The other partitions have 2 Linux distros. Is this some problem with the installer or i am doing something wrong? Thanks.

The BSD can be installed only on the primary partition.

raidensub,

I'm not sure to understand, but on MBR disk you cant see the label of the partition.
