thanks for reply, i know you must be a very busy person. In fact i have opened another thread in graphic card section because i thought you will respond once i will post further in appropriate section. vostro has AMD Radeon HD6630M graphic card. Kindly help me get drivers for this graphic card. thanks.

All driver should be install already, but there is still some problem related to ATI and Randeon, and it is hard to pinpoint without having the hardware to test, but you could try PCBSD and see if it work for you.

Hi eric

I am stuck again, too with login and failed start of XFCE with GhostBSD 10.1 on an Asus eee with Intel graphics.
Again happend after trying to install VLC Player which caused a lot of package updates, now after restart it stuck again.
Is that because of an unstable 10.1 version, too?
As I am afraid to do ANY updates with this version when it kills my login / start into X!?

10.3 is way more stable then 10.1 and also there is a new 11.0 dev iso out for testing ftp://ghostbsd.org/pub/GhostBSD/release ... -PREALPHA3.

alright Eric, although I d waste 10 bucks for the previous buying of 10.1 as CD I ll try a download of 10.3 and try again. :)

What you mean yo waste ten bucks? Did you buy a disk?
