Screen Tearing

Experiencing screen tearing in vlc and firefox with a fresh install. Is there any way to fix this? I'm using a dell latitude 7490.

OS: GhostBSD 23.06.05 amd64
Kernel: 13.2-STABLE
CPU: Intel i5-8350U (8) @ 1.900GHz
GPU: UHD Graphics 620
