Website is Broken due to a bad upgrade

I have not done a proper backup and have no idea if I can recover it.

If I have to redo it, I will.

I reinstalled it since I was not able to recover.

The back story is I tried to upgrade from Drupal 9.8 to 10.*. I should have stopped at the warning and backed it up. But I never had a bad upgrade before.

I have done most of the configuration. I only have a webform to finish and will put it online even if things are missing.

Google Cache has been helpful, and I have the old GhostBSD Drupal 7 running.
