Hello and welcome!
Sorry for the late reply.
I'm sure if you enable the GhostBSD repo and do a pkg upgrade it would work.
Why not just do a fresh install?

Re: Someone adjust my monitor settings
I'm glad you fixed your screen.
But I don't know why your resolution keeps changing if you have the configuration file. It should stay at the desired resolution.

Re: Someone adjust my monitor settings
Hi, gT To set the resolution across reboots you have to create a file in /usr/local/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ The file should be called screen-resolution.conf Place the following lines in it: Section "Screen" Identifier "Screen0" Device "Card0" SubSection "Display" Modes "2560x1440" EndSubSection EndSect...

Re: Advice on SD card formating and cd to mp3 coversion
Good to hear.
I've never heard of Audex. I'll give it a try.
It's strange your drive wasn't picked up. I've never had that trouble. I always change have to change the drive in Preferences > General > CD-ROM device from /dev/cdrom to /dev/cd0 and my drive is recognised. Sometimes this happens.

Re: Advice on SD card formating and cd to mp3 coversion

To convert a CD to mp3 is quite easy. Install the `asunder` cd ripping program. Then start it and go to Preferences > Encode and tick t...

Re: My experience testing ghostbsd and some questions....
Hi, chrisfromgreece. There is some support for Pinnacle TV tuners. Take a look here. https://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/tvcard.html . Put bktr_load="YES" into /boot/loader.conf or bktr into kld_list in /etc/rc.conf and reboot. For the bluetooth speakers, have a look at this https://bugs.freebsd.or...

If the layout is not Japanese click the add b...
